Job Title: Pupil Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pupil Support Worker to join our team at a Primary SEMH School in Rossendale. The successful candidate will work closely with a Nurture class, providing individualized support to students with challenging behavior and Social and Emotional behavioral difficulties.

About the Role:
  • Support students with a wide range of needs, including ASD, in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students, as needed, to help them achieve their academic potential.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive classroom environment.
About the School:

The SEMH School in Rossendale provides education for Secondary age children from EYFS to KS2. The school aims to provide the highest standards of teaching and learning, fostering the social and emotional well-being of its students and developing the potential of its staff.

The school has onsite staff parking and close links to the motorway, making it easily accessible by car or public transport.
