We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate HLTA to join our team at Randstad Education. As a key member of our team, you will provide emotional support and reassurance to pupils in need, while also encouraging positive behavior and academic achievement.
Key Responsibilities- Support teachers in the classroom, covering classes during PPA time or when the teacher is unavailable
- Work with pupils who require emotional support and reassurance, using your patience and understanding to help them overcome challenges
- Assist with the development and implementation of positive behavior plans, working closely with teachers and staff to ensure pupil success
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment, promoting academic achievement and social growth
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

- Patience and understanding when working with pupils who require emotional support
- Competitive pay rates, £13.00 - £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
