Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Wincanton. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our warehousing and transport services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to unload and load deliveries
  • Contribute to a Zero Harm culture by demonstrating a safety-first mindset and actively engaging with safety initiatives
  • Deliver high personal standards to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, performance, and service
  • Take pride in ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the operation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve processes

Requirements

  • Experience working within a warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication skills combined with logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make recommendations for improvement
  • Enthusiastic, committed, and able to respond positively to changing demands
  • MHE license(s) desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
