Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Role Purpose:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of MEH Compounds Projects. This role assists the Compounds Project Manager by coordinating project activities, managing project documentation, and ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Prepare regular status reports and update project stakeholders on progress.
  • Ensure all project documentation is properly stored and accessible to relevant team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of project presentations and materials.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Business, or Project related subject (minimum)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (desirable)
  • TWC (desirable)
  • CDM in-depth knowledge (desirable)
  • SSSTS/SMSTS (desirable)
