We are seeking a skilled Field Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Field Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting customers, ensuring that our products are neatly displayed, fully stocked, and well-promoted in retail sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and maintain product displays, including setting up signage and fixtures.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure products are consistently available on the shelves.
  • Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to optimize product placement to drive sales.
  • Gather and report on market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on store visits, stock levels, merchandising activities, and any issues encountered.
  • Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, help qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Overnight stay in a defined region when needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and keen eye on visual merchandising.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
