Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital channel strategies, with a strong emphasis on SEO. This role will support the business by introducing best practices and ensuring the correct execution of campaigns, working closely with the wider global digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital channel strategies across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, aligned with business objectives and a global-first mindset.
  • Own the development and execution of SEO strategies to optimize new and existing content, increase website traffic, and improve search engine performance.
  • Introduce and maintain digital marketing best practices across all channels, ensuring the organization is up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Support regional and local marketing teams in executing campaigns, ensuring they follow strategic guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to analyze digital marketing performance, derive insights, and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for stakeholders across the business on digital marketing principles, channel-specific strategies, and best practices.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with the digital communications team and brand managers to ensure the production of SEO-friendly and channel-optimized content.
  • Work with the web development team to ensure all websites are optimized for SEO, user experience, and performance across all digital channels.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape, providing actionable insights to the business.
  • Ensure that all digital asset developments follow corporate branding guidelines and enhance the corporate brand.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders across the business to align digital strategies with business goals and ensure buy-in.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a passion for digital and online media.
  • Ability to demonstrate a methodical, organized, and flexible approach to work on your own initiative with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly creative with an analytically and conceptually strong mindset.
  • Able to speak and understand the English language.
  • Good grounding in HTML and CSS.
  • Experience of web development, web design.
  • Experience using Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics & Google Data Studio.
  • Experience using 3rd party SEO software suites.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems both front and backend.
  • Good understanding of UX principles.
  • Expertise and experience in digital marketing and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels.
  • Computer literate with experience of automated data processing and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (inc. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
