Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strong leadership and management to the care facility, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently achieved and maintained.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the CQC, and take appropriate actions to address any areas needing improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and a person-centered approach to care.
- Manage the financial aspects of the care facility, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control, while ensuring the provision of quality care remains uncompromised.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the care facility, implementing necessary changes and improvements to enhance overall care quality and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a care facility, with a strong track record of success in delivering high-quality care and achieving favorable CQC ratings.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Recognized qualification in health & social care.
