- Oversee the daily operations of a care home providing nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly residents.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and compliance across the home.
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and services to residents.
- Collaborate with the community to strengthen links and improve resident care.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience within an elderly nursing home.
- Strong knowledge of the CQC framework and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to provide a supportive and hands-on approach to staff development.
- Capacity to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the service.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of circa £50k – £55k per annum plus performance bonus.
