Job Role: Wood Manufacturing Operative

Optima UK Inc Ltd is seeking a skilled Wood Manufacturing Operative to join their team due to continued growth and new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience working with MDF & Laminates - Essential
  • Ability to read technical drawings and comprise, read and interpret cutting lists
  • Assembly of furniture using hand and power tools
  • Operate machinery such as Spindle Moulder, Panel Tool, Tenoners, Morticer, Bandsaw, Ripsaw, Crosscut, Cordless drills, Jigsaw, Router, Belt sander, Electric planer, Biscuit joiner, Miter saw, Table saw, Edgebander, Nail & pin guns
  • Fill sand and finish wooden products
  • Work in a safe manner, adhering to company procedures
  • Good communications skills and a strong work ethic
