Key Responsibilities:- Handle all fostering inquiries received through various channels.
- Schedule initial home assessments with the Fostering Recruitment Officer.
- Process all submitted applications efficiently.
- Complete all necessary background checks.
- Act as the liaison for applicants regarding their re-checks.
- Manage essential training arrangements for Skills to Foster and Safeguarding.
- Maintain regular communication and meetings with the Fostering Assessment Manager regarding applications and checks.
- Support fostering households throughout the assessment process in collaboration with the Fostering Recruitment Officer.
- Distribute all required documentation and packs to the assigned assessor.
- Coordinate with the Fostering Assessment Manager, Fostering Recruitment Officer, and Panel Administrator.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Capable of meeting deadlines and managing pressure effectively.
- Proficient in organizing tasks and managing time to ensure completion.
- Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
