Exciting Opportunity for a Field Service Engineer

Serendipity Consulting is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Romford area. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and setting up commercial coffee equipment, performing preventative maintenance services, and attending reactive breakdowns and call-outs.

We are looking for a professional with strong electro-mechanical knowledge, excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, and good communication skills. If you have a background in field service engineering and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, commission, and set up commercial coffee equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance services
  • Attend reactive breakdowns and call-outs
  • Provide operator training on coffee equipment
Requirements:
  • Strong electro-mechanical knowledge
  • Professional in nature and drive to represent the company in a positive manner
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ideal background in field service engineering
