Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Court of Protection Solicitor to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a leading regional law firm, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment for our solicitors to grow and develop their careers.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Court of Protection Solicitor to take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will be working closely with experienced solicitors to assist clients with applications to the Court of Protection, prepare annual deputyship reports, and support the daily financial administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced solicitors with clients, preparing applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of deputies
  • Respond to telephone enquiries from clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Support the daily financial administration and prepare annual deputyship reports
  • Have a strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, the Mental Capacity Code of Practice, and Court of Protection Rules

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, the Mental Capacity Code of Practice, and Court of Protection Rules. You will also need to have a sympathetic approach and the ability to provide an excellent service to clients.
