Strategic Account Manager - Construction Management Software

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Reimin Reid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 30-40 key enterprise accounts in the AEC sector, ranging from ACV's of £50k-£500k+. Your primary objective will be to continue building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and sell additional construction management solutions to a diverse range of clients, including main contractors, housebuilders, and property developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 30-40 key enterprise accounts in the AEC sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Sell additional construction management solutions to a diverse range of clients
  • Focus on growth and retention within existing accounts
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience selling Construction SaaS/PropTech into the AEC sector
  • Proven track record of account management/development
  • Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused
