Key Accountabilities:
Promotes effective Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality practices throughout the Company.
Provides direction to the sub-function with an emphasis on efficient management processes and services.
Supports the Heads of sub-functions in the daily operations to fulfill AWE program requirements.
Accountable to the Head of for managing function supply and demand, serving as the primary liaison with Business Operations, and offering oversight and counsel to senior leadership on resource management, including timecard discrepancies, capacity management, service capability gaps, absence levels, and requests for additional resources.
Offers guidance on budget management to senior leadership in collaboration with the business operations team, adhering to business timelines.
Leads the development and implementation of the function's offerings through a service catalog and ongoing promotion of the function's services to relevant stakeholders, including customers and the Head of Profession.
Accountable for establishing and maintaining effective business mechanisms for the operation of the sub-function (e.g., Metrics/Reporting, Governance, LoD2 Monitoring, FEPs, SLAs, People Processes, internal communications, etc.).
Champions excellence in business performance through innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, such as capturing and analyzing internal and external costs and identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
Maintains and promotes high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality while being an excellent team player.
Nuclear Baseline Role - Monitoring of Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for collaborating with Discipline Leads, Service Integration Leads, the Business Operations team, and other key stakeholders to manage functional and organizational structure, resource costs, and drive efficiencies while supporting the deployment, development, and assistance of functional personnel.
Responsible for maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders, influencing, and negotiating at all levels.
