Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Lead Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) services for EPOS, IT, and Network devices
  • Provide on-site technical support for EPOS, IT, and Network/Comm's infrastructure, hardware, and software
  • Diagnose and rectify technical issues with EPOS, Networking, and IT systems
  • Install, configure, and test EPOS, IT, and Network devices
  • Provide technical training and support to our Field Engineers
  • Manage and allocate work calls amongst the team
  • Oversee installations and technical training of the team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of EPOS, IT, and Network systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full driver's license and comfort with extensive travel
  • DBS checkable history
