Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of a portfolio of residential blocks, totaling 60 units, and ensure that all aspects of the portfolio are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Be the primary point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, and residents, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct site visits and deal with all aspects of the portfolio, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure that the properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
  • Maximize property assets for freeholders and leaseholders, ensuring that they receive the best possible returns on their investments.
  • Assist with the collection of service charges and ensure that all financial transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage keys and raise work orders to instruct contractors for minor works, taking into account the budget and ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard.
  • Contribute to Focus Meetings and provide regular updates on the portfolio's performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Block Management or Property Management is essential, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, leaseholders, and residents.
  • Able to prioritize workload and manage own time effectively, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Solid IT skills and technology savvy, with the ability to use property management software and other tools to manage the portfolio.
