{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Tax Consultant to join our Oxford team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering consultancy services to clients across all areas of personal tax.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients and ensure compliance with HM Revenue & Customs and in-house deadlines.
* Assist with client queries and provide ad hoc advice where requested.
* Bill personal portfolio clients after work completion.
* Deal with correspondence, telephone calls, and arrange and attend meetings with clients and potential clients.
* Assist partners and staff members with technical queries.
* Provide assistance to junior members of the team where appropriate.
* Assist in the preparation of technical reports in relation to income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.
* Deal with HMRC correspondence, telephone calls, and enquiries.
* General support to the tax team as required.

About You:

* Experience within a private client tax team.
* ATT qualified, ideally working towards CTA.
* A self-starter with a high level of resilience and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong aptitude for IT - able to pick up new technology quickly.
* Can-do attitude, positive and commercial approach.
* Confident, tactful, and discreet manner.
* Strong team spirit but also effective working independently.
