About the Role
We're looking for a talented Senior Store Assistant to join our team at Toolstation in Saffron Walden. As a keyholder, you'll be responsible for leading by example and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a great customer experience, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Check and unpack deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high branch standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
