We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Demolition Project Manager to join our team at Recruitment Services UK.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial/industrial/inner city/general demolition projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director on a daily basis
  • Responsible for planning and executing demolition projects of varying sizes
  • Management of site staff, labour, plant, and resources
  • Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest health and safety standards
  • Management of client expectations and requirements
  • Liaising with site managers to ensure efficient allocation of resources
Requirements
  • Civil/structural/mechanical engineering/project management degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience in a demolition environment
  • Experience of managing large scale, technical demolition projects
  • Experience in Project Planning, Cost Management, Quality Management, Safety Management
  • Extensive experience of demolition Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Current SMSTS qualification
  • Relevant demolition qualifications (e.g. CCDO Black Card)
