Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our Facilities Management team at Bury Council. As a Business Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in providing technical support to our Admin Building managers and resolving day-to-day problems and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer care skills and technical support to our Admin Building managers
  • Resolve day-to-day problems and queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Effectively prioritize daily tasks and work in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service delivery goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role
  • Technical knowledge and experience in a facilities management or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
