We're seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Design Lead to join our team at Digitas Health. As a key member of our UX design practice, you will be responsible for leading the development of user-centered design solutions that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user experiences for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, strategy, and technical teams, to ensure design feasibility and fidelity.
- Conduct user research, create user journeys, and develop information architecture deliverables.
- Design and validate user interfaces and experiences, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of emerging industry trends and advancements in UX strategy.
- Contribute to the evolution of our UX practice and to our reputation for Customer Experience Design.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a team of UX/UI Designers and championing UX within a broader cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated expertise in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD and a strong understanding of design systems.
- Advanced proficiency in front-end development technologies and their impact on design implementation.
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments and collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with product, strategy, design & technical teams.
- Strong understanding of design thinking, human-centred design, human computer interaction, and the latest emerging technology trends.
