Electrical Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Bojen Electrical Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and directing electricians on commercial and industrial installations, ensuring quality standards and compliance are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and direct electricians on site, ensuring quality standards and compliance are met.
- Liaise directly with clients and site managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and operational staff.
- Manage contracts worth £500k plus, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and bringing out the best in the team.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, communicating effectively and providing support when needed.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with current IEE regulations and company policies.
- 18th edition qualification.
- 2391 Testing and Inspecting or equivalent desirable but not essential.
- At least 5 years' experience as a qualified electrician.
- Experience of managing relationships with contractors and operational staff.
- Experience of running contracts worth £500k plus.
- Leadership skills to bring out the best in the team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Recognised apprenticeship and working knowledge of current IEE regulations.
- Competitive rates of pay (salary in the range of £45k up to £50k plus).
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (more for long service).
