Electrical Supervisor Role

Bojen Electrical Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and directing electricians, ensuring quality standards and compliance is met, and liaising directly with clients and Site Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct electricians to ensure quality standards and compliance is met.
  • Liaise directly with clients and Site Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget.
  • Oversee the installation of electrical systems and equipment on commercial and industrial sites.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date.
Requirements:
  • 18th edition qualification.
  • 2391 Testing and Inspecting or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
  • At least 5 years' experience being a qualified electrician.
  • Experience of managing relationships with Contractors and Operational Staff.
  • Experience of running contracts circa £500k plus.
  • Leadership skills to bring out the best in the team.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Must have served a recognised apprenticeship and have a working knowledge of the current IEE regulations.
