Job Title: Project Architect

Location: Leeds

Salary: £35,000-48,000 dependent on experience

Job Type: Permanent

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join their team in Leeds. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:

  • ARB registered
  • Several years of post-Part 3 qualification experience
  • Proven track record of delivering architectural projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software
