Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior building surveyors with various duties, including dilapidation advice, pre-lease assessments, project management, and acquisition surveys.
- Engage positively with clients, develop, grow, and maintain client relationships.
- Manage building surveying commissions, covering everything from contract administration to handover.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Building Surveying team.
Requirements:
- RICS-accredited building surveying degree.
- Desire and drive to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
- Local to the Oxfordshire area.
