About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate CAMHS Getting Help Team Manager to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of locality-based teams within the Getting Help Service of Chelmsford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the formulation and treatment of management plans for parents, children, and young people being treated by practitioners using a range of specialist psychological interventions.
  • Work autonomously to make decisions on the management of the highest complexity of need and identify and manage clinical risks appropriately.
  • Support children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties and their families in the self-management of presenting difficulties.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery and outcomes.
