The Role

We're seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our restaurant leadership team, supporting the Head Chef in leading our kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring every dish meets our high standards, developing and growing your team, and embodying our core leadership behaviors.

What We're Looking For
  • A Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • A strong communicator who can have real conversations with consideration and care, ensuring their team feels heard and supported
  • Experience in ensuring kitchen food, health, and safety standards are spotless
  • Experience in understanding kitchen financial performance, including GP and stock control
  • Experience in managing labor costs and reacting to changing demands
  • An individual who leads to inspire and engage their team to nourish and flourish in their role and career
