Aerospace Assembly and Testing Specialist

Exciting Career Opportunity at Moog Aircraft Group
We are on the lookout for a skilled Assembly and Test Technician to become part of our Global Sustainment repair station. At Moog, we are dedicated to crafting complex mechanical solutions that meet the specific requirements of our clients in the aerospace sector. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering along with substantial experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing issues in flight-critical actuators
- Preparing detailed survey reports
- Meticulously assembling Valves, Manifolds, and Actuators
- Utilizing measuring tools to inspect component parts
- Interpreting engineering drawings and maintenance documentation
- Conducting quality audits to uphold aerospace quality standards
Qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in the aerospace sector or related fields
- Strong understanding of assembly and testing processes
- Proficient in adhering to established procedures
- Prior experience within an aerospace quality system is advantageous
- Proactive and dynamic approach to work
