Job Summary

Moog Aircraft Group is seeking an experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Technician to join our Global Sustainment repair station. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the incoming fault finding of flight-critical actuators, compiling survey reports, and assembling complex mechanical components with high precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect component parts using precision measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and Height Gauges.
  • Work from engineering drawings and component maintenance manuals to complete quality audits and ensure the release of repaired actuators to service.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in the development of your skills and progression within the company.

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained or equivalent level of qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in an engineering or manufacturing role, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Good knowledge of assembly and test manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read and follow different set procedures.
  • Experience working in a repair station within an aerospace quality system is desirable.
