Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze sales reports to measure store performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Work with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate store success and develop strategies for growth.
* Lead by example and provide guidance to team members, ensuring their personal objectives and store objectives are aligned.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Support the Store Manager with progress meetings and appraisals, ensuring timely feedback and development opportunities for team members.
* Work with the team to develop and support their career progression.
