About the Role
Bromford is seeking a skilled Lettings Advisor to join our team. As a Lettings Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the effective day-to-day management and delivery of lettings across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through the lettings process, ensuring information and records are gathered and issued following policy and procedures.
- Ensure the accurate set up of tenancies and completion of relevant pre-tenancy checks, working closely with our empty homes team to minimize void time.
- Maintain and manage shortlists for advertised properties under the appropriate local authority and Bromford policies, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
- Work with internal colleagues and local authorities to ensure a fair allocation of properties, ensuring they are managed in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- Experience in a front-line customer-facing role, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and customers in an effective and welcoming way.
- A positive attitude and a consistent, engaged team player, with the ability to prioritize and organize workload.
- Excellent IT skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to Bromford's DNA and the ability to be a great ambassador for the company.
