We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Path Recruitment Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients in the material handling equipment industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Covering Somerset and surrounding areas, you will attend on-site breakdowns and provide prompt, professional service to our clients.
  • Assisting customers with queries on site, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Representing our company in a professional and knowledgeable manner, promoting our brand and values.
  • Performing service, maintenance, and repair of material handling equipment, including electric counterbalance forklifts, diesel forklifts, articulated forklifts, reach trucks, and side loaders from leading manufacturers such as Toyota, Komatsu, Combilift, Caterpillar, and Hyster-Yale.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as engineer, mechanic, plant fitter, mobile plant fitter, workshop plant fitter, service fitter, service engineer, forklift engineer, mobile forklift engineer, forklift service engineer, material handling engineer, or service technician.
  • Experience with service and repairing forklifts, fork trucks, plant machinery such as diggers, dumpers, rollers, or similar equipment.
