Senior Heating Systems Technician
Salary: £49,000 per annum, inclusive of standby allowance of £2,020.

Our organization, PDA Search & Selection, is a prominent player in the Facilities Management sector. We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Heating Systems Technician to support operations across various locations in North London due to a significant new contract acquisition with a well-known national retailer.
The role involves performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and responsive HVAC upkeep across small, medium, and large facilities.

  • You will serve as the primary contact for all maintenance activities at your designated locations.
  • Execute maintenance tasks to the highest standards efficiently and cost-effectively, adhering to the established Health and Safety protocols.
  • Proficiently maintain and repair a variety of mechanical systems, including fans, pumps, and compressors, to recognized industry standards.
  • Detect irreparable faults in equipment and promptly inform the HVAC Supervisor of your findings.
  • Conduct assessments and prepare reports as required by management.

We are looking for a qualified Heating Systems Technician with experience in servicing and maintaining heating systems across multiple sites.


  • NVQ Level 3 – Commercial and Industrial Gas, Building Services / Heat & Ventilation qualifications.
  • Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach to your responsibilities.
