Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team at 100% IT Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining visually engaging and functional websites and web pages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually appealing and responsive WordPress websites.
  • Create and implement WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Ensure WordPress site content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Implement and refine website designs.
  • Customise and enhance WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Optimise WordPress sites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
  • Conduct regular updates, backups, and maintenance of WordPress sites to ensure security and functionality.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in WordPress development.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio of previous work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PHP, Python, or Ruby is a plus.
