This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Graduate to join a forward-thinking Manufacturing business who make data-driven decisions. You'll be working alongside the Finance team of 2 and reporting to the CFO, helping to drive the business forward with data insights.

Main Responsibilities
  • Interpreting and summarizing data to inform business decisions
  • Identifying patterns and forecasting trends to present to management
  • Providing effective data analysis to internal and external stakeholders
  • Using data modeling practices to analyze findings and identify areas for improvement
  • Creating suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
  • Communicating the benefits of recommendations across departments and addressing uncertainty and concern
  • Producing written documentation to support work and present to stakeholders
  • Supporting staff and teams in implementing recommended changes and resolving issues
  • Ensuring plans are made to evaluate the impact of changes and taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation
  • Communicating with internal colleagues to understand departmental needs and working with external stakeholders to investigate feedback
Requirements
  • Must have a 2:1 or above in Maths, Economics, Business, or a statistical-based degree
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and accuracy skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Commitment to high standards of service delivery
  • A professional approach and can-do attitude
