We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds in wonderful condition for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure the grounds are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Valid UK driving license and PA1 and PA6 licenses.
