Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of grounds maintenance professionals in the upkeep and maintenance of various outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of grounds maintenance professionals in the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor spaces.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure budget targets are met.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions.
