Job Title: Estate Agent Property Valuer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent Property Valuer to join our team at Crux Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and canvassing strategies to increase brand visibility
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Provide training and coaching to sales staff to ensure they meet sales targets
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations, including responding to customer inquiries and administering sales processes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in estate agency
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and motivating teams to do the same
  • Full UK driving license and own car
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused with a drive for results
