About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team at We Care Group. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the general day-to-day activities within the Home, promoting a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members, and visitors.
  • Provide personal care, such as washing and feeding, while maintaining the highest standards of care and respect for our residents.
  • Attend statutory training and any other training as directed by management, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible care.

About You:

  • You will have or be working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and ideally 1 year's experience in the care sector.
  • You possess a positive attitude, are passionate about working with vulnerable adults, and have excellent communication skills.
