About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Health Care Assistant to join our care team at We Care Group. As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Health Care Assistants in providing person-centered care to residents
  • Administer medication and assist with daily living activities
  • Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or changes in resident well-being
  • Support the Home Manager in achieving high standards of care and quality of life for residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and dignity

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Senior Health Care Assistant
  • NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care
  • Right to live and work in the UK
