Project Controls Manager

At Turner & Townsend, we're passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Project Controls Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project controls strategies and processes.
- Provide expert guidance on project controls best practices, including planning, risk management, and cost control.
- Develop and maintain project controls systems, including project management information systems (PMIS) and earned value management (EVM) systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead and manage project controls teams to achieve project objectives.
- Proven experience in project controls, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of project controls tools and technologies, including MS Project, Primavera, and EVM.
- Line management experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience in bid or proposal preparation, writing, review, and assurance.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
