About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join our team at Adecco. As an Assembly Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that goods are assembled to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Quality Control: Follow assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate and high-quality output. Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the team.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in assembly, furniture fitting, DIY projects, carpentry, or using hand and power tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
