We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B male prison. As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the prison's facilities, working closely with the maintenance team to identify and resolve any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the prison's facilities
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or defects
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to resolve any issues
  • Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
