About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled Consents Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our consult business, you will provide project management support to the consents team, ensuring the obtaining and compliance with consents, third-party agreements, undertakings, and assurances for the construction of the HS2 Euston station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date consents register of consents, commitments, undertakings, and assurances.
  • Manage and report on the work schedule for the team.
  • Produce performance reports on the progress of obtaining consents, identifying potential problem areas, and recommending mitigating actions where required.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive system of consent procedures for use by the team and subcontractors.
  • Support the consents lead with risk management for the team.
  • Arrange for the capture and logging of all stakeholders' objections and opinions and track/ensure there is evidence that these have been accommodated.
  • Maintain the team's meetings plan, arrange meetings with stakeholders, and ensure minutes of all meetings are captured.
  • Coordinate the consent's coordinators for each of the subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Understanding others, recognizing their value, and behaving accordingly.
  • Acting fairly, transparently, and consistently.
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Very good IT skills.
  • Project management experience.
