The Project

The Consents Coordinator provides project management support to the Consents Team for the obtaining and compliance with consents, third-party agreements, undertakings, and assurances, and other commitments relating to the construction of the HS2 Euston station.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date consents register of consents, commitments, undertakings, and assurances.
  • Manage and report on the work schedule for the team.
  • Produce performance reports on the progress of obtaining consents; identify potential problem areas and recommend mitigating actions where required.
  • Produce a quarterly 12-month look ahead of consents required, to assist consent-granting bodies in their resource planning.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive system of consent procedures for use by the team and subcontractors.
  • Manage the construction partner's use of and interaction with the HS2 consents management system.
  • Support the Consents Lead with risk management for the team.
  • Arrange for the capture/log all stakeholders' objections and opinions and track/ensure there is evidence that these have been accommodated is available.
  • Maintain the team's meetings plan, arrange meetings with stakeholders, and ensure minutes of all meetings are captured.
  • With the Communications Manager arrange public consultation meetings and ensure suitable material is available.
  • Organise mail drops and other communications required by the Consents Team.
  • Coordination of the consent's coordinators for each of the subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Acting fairly, transparently, and consistently.
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Very good IT skills.
  • Project management experience.
