We are seeking a Deputy Residential Manager to join our team of "professional parents" who provide nurturing and supportive care to our children, enabling them to achieve amazing outcomes.

About the Role

As a Deputy Residential Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Residential Manager in the day-to-day running of our children's homes. You will work closely with our teams to provide therapeutic, EBD, and complex trauma support services to our children.
