About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Early Careers Development Programme as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in quantity surveying, working closely with our experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply best practice to our commercial processes to maximize returns in terms of profit.
  • Identify and drive out redundant costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Support the preparation and closure of monthly invoices, including variations, claims, and disputes.
  • Conduct project financial forecasts, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Become the go-to-person for contractual, commercial, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 A Levels grade BBB or BTEC National Diploma DDM.
  • Applicants must hold 4 GCSEs grade 4 or above (previously 5 GCSEs A-C) including Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Or 120 UCAS points from three Alevels or equivalent qualifications.
