About the Role

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Chapter House, a beautiful care home in a fantastic location. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing a high standard of care, assisting residents, and promoting their independence. You'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide a high standard of care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centered care that meets the needs of each resident.
  • Assist residents with their daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, including providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Participate in activities and events that promote social interaction and engagement among residents.

About You

We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues. You'll also have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
