Role Overview
The Project Operations Manager will oversee and manage strategic initiatives across various contracts, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
This role encompasses mobilization efforts, retention strategies, and tailored contract work, all while upholding the highest standards of food service and operational excellence, with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist site managers in developing and resolving operational projects and challenges.
- Achieve financial objectives for all assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial, HR, environmental, and health and safety regulations for each project.
- Maintain project timelines, providing constructive support to clients and site teams to meet deadlines and expectations.
- Take responsibility for operations or mobilization as needed.
Work Schedule : 40 Hours, Monday to Friday
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Project Operations Manager position will possess:
- Proven experience in site management with a track record of delivering high-quality food and service.
- Exceptional customer and client engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team.
- Flexibility in management style to optimize team performance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, fostering relationships with clients, managers, head chefs, and team members.
- A keen eye for detail and strong financial acumen.
- Awareness of current trends within the food service industry.
As our business evolves, the responsibilities of this role may change. You may be required to undertake additional tasks of a similar nature as directed by management.
