Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + OTE

About the Role:

We are working on behalf of our client, Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd, to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Agent to join their expanding team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to play a key part in the growth and success of a well-established property business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities in the commercial property market.
  • Sales & Lettings: Manage the sale and letting of commercial properties, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering results that exceed their expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial consultant to drive the growth and development of the commercial team.
  • Customer Service: Provide first-class customer service, always prioritising the client's best interests.
  • Team Leadership: In the medium term, there is the opportunity to take on a leadership role and build the commercial team further.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: A proven track record in a similar commercial property role.
  • Qualification: Must be fully qualified (e.g., MRICS) with relevant industry experience.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the North Cotswolds and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
  • Integrity & Discretion: Must possess the highest level of integrity and discretion, always putting client's interests first.
